Abubakar Shekau Records Another Big Loss again!
The success came as the result of an agreement signed by the four (4) Countries Niger, Chad, Cameroon and Nigeria where the insurgents are much active in continuing with their menace was fully enforced. Therefore the Presidents and Governments of the most affected places agreed to send in their gallant soldiers under the platform known as International Multi - National Joined Task Force - MN J T F for the time being.
The Joined Int'l Task Force Record a Great Success Against the Book Harams in Nigeria:
Boko Haram
militants have been killed by Chadian troops in the Nigerian towns of Gambaru and Ngala, according to army officials.
Soldiers also destroyed more than a dozen vehicles equipped with heavy weapons during the battle on Tuesday, as well as 100 motorbikes used by the militants, the army high command said. There was no independent confirmation of its claim.
Boko Haram fighters also attacked the town of Fotokol in Cameroon on Wednesday but were repelled, a military source said.
Chadian Soldiers in High Morale: Presently in Borno
Chad has deployed 2,500 troops as part of a regional crackdown on the militant group, which has been fighting for five years to create an Islamist emirate in northern
Nigeria
. An estimated 10,000 people died in the region last year.
Cameroon’s information minister, Issa Tchiroma, said the fighting in Fotokol had lasted several hours. “The insurgents have been driven out. They tried to surprise us because the Chadian troops who were in Fotokol had crossed over to Nigeria,” he said.
The attack was the latest cross-border incursion by Boko Haram, which operates near Nigeria’s borders with Niger,
Chad
and Cameroon.
A few days after
Boko Haram
insurgents reportedly killed over 90 of its soldiers, the Chadian military has eliminated several terrorists in a retaliatory operation.
The Chadian President, Idriss Deby, had in a meeting with the Commanders of Multi-National Joint Taskforce (MNJTF) at Baga, directed his country’s troops to embark on merciless operations against the jihadists in the Lake Chad axis.
Two different videos had been released by the Chadian troops to confirm their rout of the terrorists from their stranglehold.
In the first video obtained by PRNigeria, the troops were seen chanting morale-lifting songs, while firing Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPG) guns at the insurgents in heavy gun battles.
In the second, the troops were seen beating and hitting several unconscious terrorists with sticks and hefty clubs to death during clearance operations.
Meanwhile, the sectional leader of Boko Haram, Abubakar Shekau, has released an audio messaging in Hausa language, consoling the terrorists and threatening the Chadian President.
In the audio message,
Shekau
said: “Do not think because you have fought several secular wars in several fronts, you can fight those of us that chose to fight for the Jihad.”
The speech of Shekau as quoted in the above statement is clearly nothing than fear. We wish governments of all the involved States to continue with such efforts, surely it will emerge victorious sooner or later.
Kudos!
