A letter written to the Director General, Nigeria Centre For Disease Control, Dr Chikwe ihekweazu trended on the internet.
The letter was written by a known dirty political hatchet job executor of Mr Peter Obi in the person of Emeka Umeagbalasi that parades himself as the Board of trustee Chairman of an amorphous International Society For Civil Liberties and Rule of Law group.
In the letter, he requested for the establishment of 3 COVID-19 testing centre in Anambra State and said that the reason why his amorphous group deemed it necessary to write to him directly is because of the possible danger of Coronavirus pandemics explosion in Anambra State.
If somebody that does not know Emeka Umeagbalasi and his dirty political hatchet job execution stock in trade comes across his letter, the person will mistakenly think that he is genuinely concerned about what should be done for ndi Anambra to stay safe from the dreaded pandemics.
People like me and many others that are following up Emeka Umeagbalasi activities starting from Peter Obi's administration era cannot be hoodwinked with such letter.
The truth is that Emeka Umeagbalasi knows very well that his letter is an exercise in futility but his main aim of writing the letter is to do the evil bidding of Mr Peter Obi and all they wanted to achieve is to smear the image of Governor Obiano's administration.
They want to create the false impression that Governor Obiano is not doing anything in respect of the establishment of Coronavirus pandemics testing centre in the State.
The honest truth is that Emeka Umeagbalasi and his cohorts portrayed themselves as fools at forty that will remain fools forever for sending such letter to the NCDC boss.
If the DG of NCDC reads the letter, he will not waste time to throw it into the waste bin because that is where it rightly belongs.
One thing that I love about this man called His Excellency Chief Dr Willie Obiano is that he knows his mission in Anambra State.
He is working quietly without making noise about what he is doing and without blowing his trumpet.
Ndi Anambra will remember that the NCDC Boss visited our State recently and did a press briefing with our working Governor on the day of his visit.
His main mission to Anambra State on that day was to inspect the Chukwuemeka Odimegwu Ojukwu University Teaching Hospital for approval as Coronavirus testing centre in the State.
Before the outbreak of Coronavirus pandemics in Nigeria, they have only 3 infectious diseases testing centre in the Country and to checkmate the spread of the Coronavirus pandemics, the Federal government designated additional testing centre to accommodate the Six geopolitical zones of the Country.
FMC Ebonyi was designated for the Southeast.
When this was done, Governor Obiano said no that Ebonyi is far for ndi Anambra and made a commendable move to convince the Federal government to designate COOUH, Amaku, as one of the testing centres.
Today, that bold step of the Governor is a reality and an amorphous group emerged from their hideout with a concealed intent of taking the glory of the efforts of the Governor when the NCDC pronounce Anambra State officially as one of the Coronavirus pandemics testing centre.
It's important for ndi Anambra to know that everything that needed to be done to pronounce Chukwuemeka Odimegwu Ojukwu University Teaching Hospital as a testing centre for Coronavirus has been done and that what is remaining is official pronouncement from NCDC.
What the amorphous group of Emeka Umeagbalasi did is tantamount to what an igbo adage said that "when a man finish fighting, a woman will be telling the story(Nwoke nusia ogu,Nwanyi enwelu akuko)" meaning that they are just telling stories with their letter to the NCDC boss.
The effrontery Emeka Umeagbalasi displayed in his letter to the NCDC Boss is my reason for saying that he is a political lunatic whose morale is being boosted by stupidity.
Anambra State Government under the able watch of Governor Obiano is living up to the expectation of ndi Anambra and has not disappointed them in this Coronavirus pandemics trying times.
It's obvious that the idiotic followers of our self acclaimed Saint Peter Obi, Emeka Umeagbalasi inclusive, are doing everything humanly possible to cover their wicked acts of turning their back on the less privileged ndi Anambra during this Coronavirus pandemics trying period.
None of them donated anything to the less privileged to help them to cushion the effect of the Hungervirus that was brought by Coronavirus in our Country.
Every good thing that happened to ndi Anambra in this trying period can be traced to Governor Obiano and other public spirited individuals in the State that are not associated with Peter Obi.
The evil wish of Peter Obi and his associates is for ndi Anambra to die of Hungervirus but God used Governor Obiano and other patriots to come to ndi Anambra rescue.
My advice to sane minds is to ignore Emeka Umeagbalasi because he is only making a fool of himself.
