H.E. Peter Obi's reaction on channels TV chats on 15/4/2020. Read below.

H.E Peter Obi in a channels Tv chat on 15/04/2020 reveals that we are in a terrible and horrible times but believed that we carefully asserted acts that we shall overcome.

During the chat, he appraised the government for what they have done so far but insist that more needed to be done on the test and isolations center. A time like this needed a desperate majors and lives of the people is paramount.

He vehemently corrected the conditional cash transfer saga from the palliative needed by the people to cussion the effect of covid 19. While in a discussion he narrated that conditional cash transfer has been in the system for some months ago to enable or assist some poor families in Nigeria but the COVİD 19 palliative is the fund made available to Nigerians to enable them survive the stomach industrial act(hunger) while obeying the stay at home other that way ills that comes with such unrest moment shall be avoided.

He refuted the no money saga of the FG saying if they could borrow quadrillions to be shared by the FG, State Government and Local government and also buy the most exotics and expensive cars for federal NASS,  why not borrow quadrillions to make the masses relaxed while obeying government order meanwhile billions of naira was donated yet they kept begging for more, what happened to our savings he added.

However, he maintained that the presidential task force team and the Nigeria control and disease commission (NCDC) should do more while questioning the act of the president for not giving other state some grant the very day he gave Lagos state #10billion naira grant and that #2billion naira to other states would have given some senses of participation and that at least is lapses created for the Nation but nevertheless, he applauded the states action to secure the lives and property of the citizenry.

He urges Nigerians to be calm , stay out of trouble and abide by the government rules to combat the disease  and that soon we shall overcome while asking the government to send cash palliative to the people at least at the designated BVN bank account details of the people using their database at the bank or CBN that way youths unrest like any forms of crime shall be limited.

After that he Blessed Nigerians with courage that we are overcomers
