Edmund Mezue It was indeed a unilateral decision by The Chairman and
The Secretary both appointed by PG. The members from wards were not part
of it.
Our last meeting was on Friday October 26th and we never
resolved on any issue except that we extended the time for the
candidates to complete the process of and submit fully their tax
clearances.
The Chairman said he
will fix date for another meeting only to announce result yesterday 3rd
November, a week after last meeting. It is a pity.

In the last CEC meeting where the Eze-in-council, Village chairmen,
Branch Presidents and some selected IDU members were invited, the
Chairman of ISC promised that the result of the selection will be ready
and announced in the AGM of December 2018.
Just 28 days after he
announced a result. The committee still has a lot to look into. The
documents submitted by the candidates have not all been fully verified.
The scores for most of them were done on sighting only to be confirmed
on full verification. We have not even summed up the result.
