ISSUES BASED: DIFFERENCES BETWEEN GOV. UMAHI AND OGBUOJI As written by Nwaze Francis

Take a look at the attached picture, it sends a permanent signal into our sense organ, signals of Action, Strength and Fitness.

The picture was taken by me few weeks ago at the newly Re-branded, Modernized and Renewed Pa Ngele Oruta Township Stadium, a stadium that was just an open field without maintenance in the previous administration but now wears the look of international standard stadium courtesy of the divine mandate governor, Engr. David Nweze Umahi.

In the picture is the ever young, vibrant, athretic, youthful governor of Ebonyi State, Engr. David Nweze Umahi during one of the official football kickoff. 

I am aware of the collection of this two words "Eze kwesiri" meaning "Kingship get fitting", you need to have the basic requirements, it's not for everyone.

In governance, you need some skills and those skills are predominant in the divine mandate governor, Engr. David Nweze Umahi.

Following the much needed talk about issues based campaign, I have decided to list the following few differences between the governor of Ebonyi State, Engr. David Nweze Umahi and Ogbuoji:

1. Gov. Umahi is a seasoned, experienced Engineer whose skills have been used to transform Ebonyi from the dust of the nation to the fastest developing state in Southern Nigeria.

Ogbuoji studied Agriculture, he was appointed the Commissioner for Economic empowerment in Pa Elechis' administration and the only achievement credited to his name was stocking of fingerings in 13ponds, a move which died in his hand before he resigned. 

2. Gov. Umahi belong to our today, he understands what the true needs of the elders, youths, widows etc are and has done much in improving the lives of the less privileged.

Ogbuoji belongs to yesterday, his reasoning and roles in the society shows that he is too enclosed in his yesterdays world. 

3. Gov. Umahi is an Apostle of Anglican Church and a Deacon of Christ Embassy, he is a true servant of God, he has built multiple places of worships for God. Before taking over the mantle of leadership as the governor, he organized a 7 days fasting and prayers for the state redemption and official handover of Ebonyians to God.

Ogbuoji is not identified with any Church neither is he marked to have built any place of worship for God. 

4. Gov. Umahi has been in PDP, he built the best Party secretariat for PDP in South East, he is a true party man who never oscillate for want of power. 

Ogbuoji Identified with APC and their evil plots and he left his home for the abode of Hausa (the APC) and since then, he never knew peace. 

5. Gov. Umahi has much projects credited to him like, the ecumenical center, 3 industrial clusters, street lights across the 13 LGAs, 3 cement industries, Shopping mall, the recycling plant, Over 30Km of concrete roads per LGA in all the LGAs in the state, the new international market, the Ebonyi Airport, 3 uncommon flyovers, the new government house, the N10M for all the autonomous communities in Ebonyi State, the widows care, the re-branding of Ebonyi kings, and lots more just within 3years.

Ogbuoji as a senator for 8 years has only attracted 16 sticks of Street light and a transformer in his village which has totally failed.

6. Gov. Umahi can never sleep on duty, he is always active, he works even at midnight, his supervision activities is second to nothing and has no time limit, he is simply described as a working active governor.

Ogbuoji has severally been captured both in National and International televisions as he is snoring while in the middle of serious Senate interaction. He is a kind of senator that is killing the image of Nigerian Senate. A confirmed sleeping senator. 

7. Gov. Umahi killed godfatherism in Ebonyi, he is on divine mission, he loves Ebonyians equally without any form of discrimination or segregation.

Ogbuoji loves his brothers and sisters, hates Afikpo, Ohaozara and Abakaliki zone with passion.
